WATERTOWN, S.D.–We’re looking at a messy few days ahead weather wise.
A pair of storm systems will impact the region starting today.
Winter Weather Advisories (purple shaded areas) have been posted for a number of counties in far northeast South Dakota including Roberts, Marshall, Brown, McPherson, Day and Grant from 6 pm tonight until 7 am Friday.

The larger concern is a more impactful storm this weekend, moving in Saturday and lasting into Monday morning…..
