WATERTOWN, S.D.–Soaking rains over the weekend have replenished soil moisture in some areas that needed help pretty badly….
National Weather Service forecaster Ryan Vipond says we’ll dry out this week, with up and down temperatures that will eventully bring more heat into the region…..
The heaviest rain reports from the weekend came from the Summit and Wilmot areas, where six-and-a-half to seven inches fell.
In Watertown, reports of around two-and-a-half inches were common.
