Watertown police arrest teenager on rape charges

WATERTOWN, S.D.–Watertown police say a sex crimes investigation has led to the arrest of a teenager on rape charges.
Eighteen year-old Joram Hernandez Gonzalez is charged with First Degree Rape ($20,000 cash bond) and Fourth Degree Rape ($5,000 cash bond).
Gonzalez posted bond and was released from the Codington County Detention Center.
No other details of the alleged crime have been released.
