Watertown Fire Rescue responds to tipped silage truck

WATERTOWN, S.D.–Watertown Fire Rescue was called out Wednesday night to a report of a silage truck that tipped on it side.
It happened just after seven o’clock in rural Codington County.
When crews arrived they found that a truck carrying fresh cut silage had met another vehicle on the narrow township road, when the truck got too close to the edge of the road and tipped into the ditch.
The driver received minor injuries and didn’t require treatment or transport to the hospital.
The news release did not specificy the location where the accident occurred.
