Watertown City Council makes changes to roll call voting procedure (Audio)

WATERTOWN, S.D.–Some housekeeping business by the Watertown City Council Monday night as it relates to roll call votes.
In the past, its always been done alphabetically, meaning Councilman Bruce Buhler was always first to announce his vote on a particular issue.
Going forward, the order in which councilmen make their vote known will be rotated.
Mayor Ried Holien (pictured) says it’s about fairness….
The ordinance change was approved unanimously.
