WATERTOWN, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — Watertown volleyball would fall on senior night Thursday to Yankton 3-1. Set scores of 25-10, 25-21, 11-25, 25-13

Kendall Paulson would lead the way on the attack with 13 kills, Emma Koch with nine, Emily Tisher with seven. At the serving line, Maddie Rohde had three aces, Jacklyn Lloyd with two and Karli Hanten with one.

The lower levels, JV (25-8, 27-25), Sophomores (25-17, 25-19) would sweep the Gazelles.

The Class AA SoDak 16 brackets have not been released as there are two games still to be played tonight. Watertown sits in the number 14 slot and will be on the road next Thursday. Coach Bellum says whoever they end up playing, it’s a clean slate:

Watertown finished their regular season with a record of 10-16.
