WATERTOWN, S.D.–The Watertown School Board on Monday night awarded Gray Construction the bid to build Lake Area Technical College’s (LATC) Archway project.
It will include two new classroom buildings, and a skyway over Arrow Avenue connecting the north and south sides of the campus
LATC President Mike Cartney explained the project costs to the board…
Cartney says when you add everything up, the cost will exceed $20 million….
Last week, First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard announced a private donation of $8 million toward the project.
Gray Construction was the only contractor to submit a bid.
