UPDATE: Dakota Dunes murder suspect being returned to South Dakota from Texas

LAREDO, Tx.–A man accused of murdering a woman in Dakota Dunes has been released from a Texas jail and is being sent back to South Dakota.
Officials at the Webb County Jail, located in Laredo, Texas, say Alfredo Castellanos-Rosales was released from their custody Wednesday, and was on his way to Union County, South Dakota.
When Castellanos-Rosales returns, he will face a charge of first-degree murder and a charge of second-degree murder. He is accused of killing 23-year-old Jordan Beardshear on April 25.
Authorities found Beardshear’s body inside her Dakota Dunes apartment. Officials say she had been stabbed.
