WATERTOWN, S.D.–Today is March 1st.
In the meteorological world of weather forecasting, it represents the first day of Spring, although that won’t officially arrive until March 20th.
But National Weather Service forecaster Travis Tarver says it’ll feel like spring in South Dakota this week….
Sixties are not out of the question…
There’s not much snow out there to melt…
Does it all mean winter is over????
Watertown’s snow total so far this winter is at 21 inches.
