Three Brookings County businesses fail alcohol compliance check

BROOKINGS. S.D.—Three businesses failed alcohol compliance checks that were conducted in Brookings County Thursday.
Assistant Sheriff Scott Sebring says a total of ten businesses were checked. The three businesses that failed by selling alcohol to a 19 year-old buyer were:
–The Lucky Dog in Volga
–Brookings County Club
–Lemke’s Bar and Grill in Aurora
During the previous compliance check conducted in June, one business made a sale to an underage buyer.
