WATERTOWN, S.D.–A big turnout at a Watertown Winter Farm show panel discussion Wednesday afternoon on landowner rights.
It comes as some South Dakota landowners fear losing control of their property to eminent domain as Summit Carbon Solutions attempts to build a carbon sequestration pipeline across eastern South Dakota.
