Ortonville man arrested after threatening woman with firearm

ORTONVILLE, Minn.–The Big Stone County Sheriff’s Office says a man is in jail after threatening a woman with a gun.
Sheriff Mark Brown says officers got a report at 5:34 am Sunday of a man with a firearm chasing a woman in the 200-block of Michigan Avenue in Ortonville.
Deputies responded and were told the suspect had left the residence on foot.
A perimeter was esbablished, and just over an hour after the initial call, the suspect was arrested following a foot chase.
Thirty year-old Dillon George of Ortonville was booked into the Renville County Jail on charges of Second Degree Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Fifth Degree Domestic Assault and Fleeing from Law Enforcement.
