One minor injury in two vehicle crash on Highway 212 in Watertown

WATERTOWN, S.D.–Just one minor injury Sunday when two vehicles collided at the intersection of Highway 212 and I-29.
It happened at 3 p.m.
A car driven by a 24 year-old Watertown woman was turning west onto Highway 212 from the I-29 off ramp when it was struck by a pickup that was eastbound on 212.
The pickup was driven by a 38 year-old woman from Watertown, and ran a red light.
A female passenger in the car sustained minor injuries.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
The driver of the pickup was cited for running a red light and driving without a valid license.
