One dead in Bon Homme County crash

TYNDALL, S.D.–The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal two-vehicle crash ten miles northwest of Tyndall in Bon Homme County.
A semi-tractor trailer was driving south on Highway 37 near the intersection with Highway 46 when a westbound car failed to stop for the stop sign at the intersection. The car was struck by the semi, which did not have to stop at the intersection, and both vehicles came to rest in the ditch.
The 63-year-old man driving the semi received minor injuries.
The 43-year-old man driving the car was killed.
