Northeast South Dakota truck driver killed in North Dakota rollover

RAY, N.D.–A truck driver from Aberdeen has been killed in a rollover crash in northwest North Dakota.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says it happened around one o’clock this (Monday) morning on U.S. Highway 2, 12 miles west of Ray.
Patrol Sergeant Michael Brown says the semi, pulling a sandbox trailer, was westbound when the driver lost control and went into the ditch, where the truck rolled.
The 24 year-old man driving the truck was dead at the scene. He was not wearing a seatbelt. His name has not been released.
The highway was snow and ice covered.
