WATERTOWN, S.D.–Governor Kristi Noem has been largely quiet on the issue of carbon capture pipelines potentially being built across South Dakota, but that all changed during an exclusive interview with KWAT Radio News on Monday.

The three-member South Dakota Public Utilities Commission will hold hearings on permits for the Navigator and Summit Carbon Solutions pipelines later this summer and fall.
