WATERTOWN, S.D.–Watertown’s transition to a city manager-led form of government started this month, with a number of large projects in the hopper.
On Tuesday, City Manager Amanda Mack and Mayor Ried Holien joined KWAT News to discuss a wide array of topics, including a new ice arena, a new city hall , plans for a new street department building and the transition to a new form of local government.
