Man killed in head on crash between pickup, semi in Walworth County

Walworth County, S.D.- One person died Thursday afternoon in a two vehicle crash in Walworth County.
The Department of Public Safety says it happened on U.S. Highway 83, ten miles southeast of Selby.
A semi hauling a loaded cattle trailer was southbound and collided head-on with a northbound pickup.
The 56-year-old man driving the pickup died at the scene.
The 30 year-old man driving the semi was not hurt.
Names have not been released.
