Last night the police department came to the door and wanted to question me about a burglary. I told them I was busy and they continued asking questions. They were nice and promised that would help if I confessed. Finally, I told them a little bit, and the next thing I knew I was arrested. They never read me my Miranda rights. Do you think that failure to read my Miranda rights is a defense? What should I do?
