HURON, S.D.–The grandstand entertainment lineup continues to take shape for the 2022 South Dakota State Fair following this morning’s announcement that Josh Turner will perform on Saturday September 3rd.

Turner, a Hannah, South Carolina native, has reached number one on the country charts with the likes of, “Why Don’t We Just Dance,” “Would You Go With Me,” and “Your Man.”

As Briley mentioned, co-headlining that night will be Elle King, who’s best known for duets with country singers Dierks Bentley and Miranda Lambert.

Turner joins the Stone Temple Pilots (September 2nd) and Lady A (September 4th) as the headliners at this year’s State Fair.

Tickets for the general public go on sale June 21st.
