Hoven man killed in Walworth County crash

SELBY, S.D.–The South Dakota Highway Patrol says a Hoven man was killed in a head on crash in Walworth County.
Seventy three year-old Gordon Huber was driving a pickup eastbound on U.S. Highway 12 seven miles east of Selby when he collided head on with a car driven by 21 year-old Ty Fuehrer of Herreid.
Huber died at the scene. Fuehrer had minor injuries.
The crash closed down the highway for about 4 1/2 hours.
