ABERDEEN, S.D.–The National Weather Service says the coldest weather so far this season will be in place in the Upper Midwest by early next week….

 

 

Forecaster Aaron Dorn says it’ll be colder than normal, but it doesn’t look like there’ll be anything to shovel…..

 

 

Watertown’s normal high this time of year is still 53 degrees.
