ABERDEEN, S.D.–Forecasters are calling it a classic springtime low pressure system that will swing out of Colorado and into the midwest, and it could bring a potentially stormy weekend to our area…

National Weather Service forecaster Mike Connolly says there are a lot of unknowns at this point, but it’s a system that bears watching…

From a timing standpoint, it looks like the system will impact us from Friday night thru early Sunday morning. Connolly says it’s still too early to talk about precipitation totals with this storm system. He says snow totals will be difficult to predict, since the precipitation could transition between rain and snow.
