WATERTOWN, S.D.–South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem spoke one on one with KWAT News Monday in an exclusive interview that included a broad array of topics.
The governor voiced her opnion on the proposed carbon capture pipelines in South Dakota, her decision to send more National Guard troops to the southern border, and discussed if she’ll be a late entry for the Republican nomination for president of the United States.
