Date, time and location picked for drawing to break tie in Henry City Council race

HENRY, S.D.–A tie vote for a Henry City Council seat was verified by a canvassing board Wednesday.
The tie vote will result in a drawing of lots to determine the winner. That will happen at 9 a.m. Tuesday April 19th at the Henry Community Center.
Tuesday’s vote saw Charles Heustess and Hanna Owen with 34 votes each. Don Larson finished third with 13 votes.
