WATERTOWN, S.D.–Crestone Development of Watertown has purchased the Medical Arts Building downtown, at 1 South Broadway.

Crestone will move part of its operation to the second floor of the building, and is negotiating with a potential tenant that would lease first floor space.

The Medical Arts Building was built in 1916 as First National Bank, and most recently served as the business space for Living Yoga.

It has four floors and just over 8,500 square feet. Plans for the third and fourth floors are still undetermined, but could house potential downtown condos of about 1,600 square feet on each floor.
