Consultant hired to help determine how Watertown’s new ice arena is managed  (Audio)

WATERTOWN, S.D.–A Woodbury, Minnesota firm has been hired by the city of Watertown to provide consulting services related to construction of a new ice arena.

On Monday night, the city council approved a one-year contract with Rink Scheduling and Consulting Services (RSCS) LLC.

Councilman Bruce Buhler says they don’t have all the answers yet on exactly how deep the consultant’s job description will go…

Councilman Glen Vilhauer was on the committee that interviewed the three consulting companies, and he says this one was head and shoulders above the others….

RSCS LLC will be paid $10,000 under the terms of the contract, which runs through the end of the calendar year.
