WATERTOWN, S.D.–Codington County Welfare Director Sarah Foust went before the Watertown City Council Monday night to update them and the community on Watertown’s emergency housing project.
Emergency housing will be located at the 612 Flats on Highway 81.
Here’s what Foust told the council….
The emergency housing is just that–a place for people to stay who otherwise would not have a roof over their head–rather than it being a long term housing solution.
