Ceremonial groundbreaking scheduled for new park in downtown Watertown

WATERTOWN, S.D.–A ceremonial groundbreaking has been scheduled for next week on a new park that will be built in downtown Watertown.
The groundbreaking on Community Foundation Plaza will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday at the corner of Kemp Avenue and Third Street Northeast.
The Watertown Area Community Foundation donated a half-million dollars toward the project, and in return, gets their name on the new park.
