RAPID CITY, S.D.–It’s not uncommon for winter to get an early start in the higher elevations of the Black Hills, and that’ll be the case over the next two days. A Winter Storm Warning (area in pink) has been posted……
Katie Pajorlie is a meteorologist at the National Weather Service Office in Rapid City. She talked with our newsroom about who’ll be in the bullseye for getting snow….
Pajorlie says this early winter blast won’t faze the local folks out there…
The good news is the snow will likely melt through the weekend in the Black Hills.
