Authorities search for high risk sex offender who removed monitoring bracelet

BISMARCK, North Dakota (KFGO) – The Bismarck Parole and Probation Office and Bismarck Police are searching for a high-risk sex offender who removed his global positioning monitoring bracelet and no longer can be accounted for or located.
Thirty two year-old Calvin Payne , is white, 6’1”, 155 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Payne has tattoos on each side of his nose as well as a tattoo on each side of his neck. His GPS bracelet was found near East Rosser Avenue in Bismarck at approximately 8:30 a.m. on Thurs.
Payne is on supervision for amphetamine delivery, amphetamine possession, drug paraphernalia possession, and failure to register as a sex offender.
