WATERTOWN, S.D.—If voters re-elect Nancy York to another two year term in the South Dakota House of Representatives, it will likely be the last time that happens.

The District 5 Republican says a third term in Pierre would likely be her last one…

Election day is Tuesday. Three candidates, York, Hugh Bartels and Jacob Sigurdson, are running for two seats in the House representing District 5.

York served for 17 years on the Watertown City Council before being elected to the Legislature.
