Winter Storm Warning posted for portions of Black Hills

RAPID CITY, S.D.–Winter arrives in the high elevations of the Black Hills today.
A Winter Storm Warning has been posted from this morning through Friday morning for Lead, Deadwood, Custer and Hill City.
Six to 12 inches of snow is expected in those areas, with even higher accumulations in higher elevations.
Additionally, winds will be gusting up to 45 miles an hour.
