Watertown Street Department conducting highway boulevard sweeping this week

WATERTOWN, S.D.–Weather permitting; starting at 4 AM on Wednesday, April 20th, 2022, the Watertown Street Division will be performing the annual highway boulevard sweeping.
During this process, the remaining snow removal residue (sand & debris) will be swept from boulevards, curbside sidewalks, & adjacent roadways.
This process should be complete by Friday, April 22nd.
Maintenance staff will be working in the boulevard and street areas during this process. As with any road maintenance project, motorists are asked to exercise extreme caution observing all traffic control devices & signage.
