Watertown Regional Airport tops 10,000 passenger enplanements

WATERTOWN, S.D.–Watertown Regional Airport has gone over 10,000 passenger boardings for the year.
Numbers provided to KWAT News this morning show 722 passengers flew to Denver in August, and another 562 to Chicago, for total enplanements of 1,284 for the month.
That puts the yearly total at 10,773 through August.
Denver Air Connection has been Watertown’s Essential Air Service provider since July 2021.
