Watertown police investigate reports of vandalism, offer reward for information

WATERTOWN, S.D.—Watertown Police are investigating several reports of vandalism throughout the city.

Sergeant Nic Ahmann says there were reports of spray painted graffiti on the exterior of buildings, and some 20 mailboxes that were damaged around Lake Kampeska.

It happened late last week.

Eyewitnesses observed two vehicles with male suspects hanging out the window with baseball bats.

Police are offering a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
