Watertown police arrest man for sex crimes with a minor

WATERTOWN, S.D.–Police have arrested a Watertown man for sex crimes involving a minor.
Following an investigation, 34 year-old Wayne Anderson was arrested Tueasday.
He’s charged with First Degree Rape, Solicitation of a Minor, and Violating of a Protection Order.
He was being held in the Codington County Detention Center on a $50,000 cash bond.
