WATERTOWN, S.D.–Forecaster Troy Kleffman says the next couple of days will be “active” weather days across eastern South Dakota…

Kleffman says the peak time period for any tornado development tomorrow (Thursday) will be from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

He says any severe storms that develop could also contain large hail and damaging winds.
