Runaway fuel prices keep climbing!

WATERTOWN, S.D.–Diesel fuel prices in America have never been higher than they are today.
AAA Auto Club reports the nationwide average for a gallon of diesel is $5.42 a gallon; the highest its ever been. One year ago, nationwide prices for diesel averaged $3.08 a gallon.
In South Dakota, prices are lower, but not by much. The statewide average for diesel is $5.31 a gallon.
As for unleaded gas, the national average is $4.22 a gallon. In South Dakota, the average is $4.03 a gallon. A year ago, the average was $2.85 a gallon.
