WATERTOWN, S.D.–Residents of Watertown and surrounding communities are encouraged to participate in a community health survey being conducted by Prairie Lakes Healthcare and the Human Service Agency (HSA).

The survey is filled out anonymously, and takes about 10 minutes to complete.
