PIERRE, S.D.– Landowners and lawmakers from across South Dakota filled the State Capitol Rotunda Monday, a day before the start of the South Dakota legislature, to stand up for the rights of property owners.

Among those spotted observing the rally for a time was South Dakota Lieutenant Governor Larry Rhoden, who’s a rancher from Union Center.
