WATERTOWN, S.D.—Air travel is taking a big hit during the global pandemic. People simply are not flying, in many cases, because they’re scared.

Watertown Regional Airport Manager Todd Syhre understands those fears. He says staff at the airport are doing all they can to keep the terminal germ-free….

Despite that, passenger numbers are down….

Watertown has not had any cancelled flights yet due to COVID-19, and Syhre doesn’t expect they will…..
