WASHINGTON, D.C.–South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem was back in familiar territory today.

The former congresswoman was on Capitol Hill in Washington testifying against House Resolution 3397.

The governor says it’s a proposed rule that, if adopted, could fundamentally change future management of Bureau of Land Management (BLM) lands to the detriment of recreation, livestock grazing, mineral extraction, renewable energy production and other uses of BLM lands…..

Noem told the House Natural Resources Committee she has many concerns with the proposed rule changes, but one stands out…

Joining Noem in testifying against the rule changes today was Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon.
