NEW: Motorcyclist dies in Minnehaha County crash

CORSON, S.D.–A motorcyclist is dead after collding with a car in southeastern South Dakota.
The Highway Patrol says it happened Sunday afternoon on State Highway 11, three miles north of Corson.
The motorcycle was northbound and pulled over to the side of the highway. As a car was approaching, the motorcycle performed a u-turn in front of the car and was struck.
The 62 year-old man driving the motorcycle died at an area hospital. The 28 year-old woman driving the car was not hurt.
Names of those involved have not been released.
