WATERTOWN, S.D.–May is graduation season, and diplomas will be handed out this week to the 2022 Class at Lake Area Technical College (LATC).

Commencement ceremonies will be held at 4 p.m. Friday in the Watertown Civic Arena.
The keynote speaker will be First Gentleman Bryon Noem.
