FARGO, N.D.–Federal court records are providing more information about the case against a former West Fargo school principal charged with taking an underage boy across state lines to have sex.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office says David George is accused of taking a 10-year-old boy to South Dakota where he molested the child.

Prosecutors say they plan to call a woman who is expected to testify that George sexually abused her beginning when she was about 8-years-old. The woman will testify that the abuse began with George wanting to lie in bed with her and touching her genital area.

According to court documents, the abuse occurred numerous times and elevated to sexual intercourse.
