Mitchell restaurant fire remains under investigation

MITCHELL, S.D.–Fire officials say they are still investigating a fire which completely destroyed a Perkins restaurant in Mitchell.
The fire happened in November at the Perkins on Burr Street, leaving at least 40 employees without jobs.
Investigators say they have sent evidence off for forensic analysis to determine the cause of the fire and to determine if any criminal activity was associated with the fire.
