Minnesota BCA assisting local police in investigating fatal stabbing in Montevideo

MONTEVIDEO, Minn.–The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is assisting local police in investigating a deadly stabbing in Montevideo, Minnesota.
A postal worker found the man’s body around 6:30 Monday morning in a grassy area next to the post office parking lot in the 300-block of First Street.
His name has not been released.
Montevideo police say the investigation is in its “early stages,” and that there is no known threat to the general public.
The death is being termed “suspicous.”
