Military veterans gather in Watertown for Veteran’s Day program (Audio)

WATERTOWN, S.D.–Military veterans from all branches of the service, along with their family members, turned out Saturday morning for the Veteran’s Day program held at the Codington County Extension Complex.
This year’s guest speaker was South Dakota Veteran’s Affairs Secretary Greg Whitlock….
The program ended with Ben Paul being named Codington County’s Veteran of the Year for 2023.
Paul, a Minnesota native, enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1960.
