Marvin Windows announces holiday profit-sharing plan

WARROAD, Minn.– Marvin Windows in Warroad, Minnesota has announced its annual holiday profit-sharing plan for their more than 7,500 employees.
The company will be giving out over $20 million to employees this year. CEO Paul Marvin said that’s a 59% increase over 2022.
Full-time employees with over 1,500 hours worked will receive a minimum of $2,200. Some of the longest-tenured workers could receive as much as $6,400.
Over Marvin’s 66-year profit-sharing program, it has shared nearly $400 million with employees.
